I run the book club for Remotive, a networking space for remote workers (including folks seeking remote work). The group includes folks from all over the world. We meet once a month in Zoom to discuss whatever we’re each reading individually and swap reading recommendations. In addition to our monthly meetings, I post a discussion question in our Slack channel. Once a month I ask the following question:
Question: What are you reading now?
Here are 8 books that members of this international reading group are reading in June:
- Project Mary Hail by Andy Weir
- Endurance by Alfred Lansing
- The Boys in the Boat by Daniel James Brown
- Father Hunger by Douglas Wilson
- Anxious People by Fredrik Backman
- Atomic Habits by James Clear
- The Awful Truth About the Herbert Quarry Affair by Marco Ocram
- Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline
