May 2021 Book Reviews Wrap Up

May 2021 Wrap Up

I am amazed at how different my reading habits have been this year compared with last year. When we went into “lockdown” last year, realistically I had so much more time to read, but the schedule upheaval and uncertainty in my life at the time resulted in me not having any motivation to read for several months. And then I really had to work to get back into good reading habits.

This year, I have been on a roll and have already completed more books in 5 months than I did in all of 2020!

My Goodreads Reading Challenge goal for this year is 24 books (which is an average of 2 per month), but I am way ahead of that! So far, I’ve completed 22 books this year! That’s the total of what I completed in 2020, and I still have 7 more months this year to read.

Here’s a recap of the books I reviewed in May in case you missed them:

Here’s what I’m currently reading (reviews coming soon!):

So…what about you? What’s your reading goal for this year? And what books have you read so far?
