Connecting your YouTube Account with Your Twitter Account

In the past I’ve talked about saving time by connecting your blog with your Twitter account and connecting your Twitter account with your Facebook page or profile. Similarly, if you are using videos in your social media marketing efforts, you can connect your YouTube account with your Twitter account so your videos are posted automatically to Twitter once you upload them.

Log into YouTube.  In the top right corner, click on your user name and select “Account.” On the left side, select “Activity Sharing.”

You can connect your account separately with Facebook, Twitter, Google Reader, Orkut and/or MySpace.  If you have already connected Twitter with your Facebook account, you only need to connect YouTube to your Twitter account.  When you upload a video, it will then post to Twitter and from Twitter it will post to your Facebook account.

Easy enough?  Now go shoot some video!
